  豆制品公司废水重要来源于原料黄豆浸豆、泡豆及压榨废水和冲洗废水,该废 水有机物含量高,可生化性强,是污染环境高浓度废水。废水污染物大都为可降解 有机物,可生化性达到0.6—0.7,废水C∶N∶P平均为100∶4.7∶0.7,适合微生物 生长半岛官网,对于该类型废水解决核心是选取适当解决工艺和有关参数合理设计是至关重 要。

  豆制品废水重要来源于洗豆水、泡豆水、浆渣分离水、压滤水、各生产工艺容 器洗涤水、地面冲洗水等。其中黄泔水CODCr 高达20 000~30 000mg/ L ,泡豆水CODCr 4 000~8 000 mg/ L ,其她废水CODCr相对较低。依照实际工程经验,豆制品废水解 决易浮现如下问题: ①豆制品生产属于间歇生产方式,排水时间较集中,水量和水质很不均匀; ②SS 高达1 000~1 500 mg/ L ,厌氧条件下易在废水表面形成浮渣层;
